Sorry, that LS suggestion was stupid.
Try putting @Command([FileOpenDatabase]; @DbName) before you invoke the agent - @dbname returns the name of the database containing the outline, and if that database is already open, it has no effect, but if the view from the external database was previously opened, this will be replaced by the internal one, but the agent will then run.
